GNA – The Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) has appointed referee Patrick Tanguy as the middle man for the Hearts of Oak and Kamsar Champions League clash at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, September 19.
The Ivorian Tanguy would be assisted by compatriots Kouame Gabriel Kangah (Assistant I), Kalilou Bamba (Assistant II) and Allou Franc Eric Miessan (Fourth Official).
Sekou Wieh Konneh from Loberia would serve as the Commissioner while Dr. Christiana Baah works as COVID-19 Officer.
The game is scheduled for 3:00pm.
