Brogya Genfi’s withdrawal of suit against me, right decision - Pablo

Brogya Genfi secured the interim injunction at the Amasaman High Court on Friday, December 17, citing not only the re-elected Opare Addo but also the Congress Planning Committee Chairman of the NDC, Alex Segbefia, the Acting Director of Elections, Daniel Amartey, the Electoral Commission, Ghana (EC) and the party itself.

He prayed the High Court to restrain the National Youth Organiser, popularly known as Pablo, from holding himself as duly elected.
