The El-ShaddaiAssembly, of the Church of Pentecost (COP), New Awoshie District yesterday dedicated its church building in Accra.
It was dedicated by the Odorkor Area Head, Apostle Patrick Aseyoro assisted by Pastor Opuni Boateng, the New Awoshie District Pastor.

The building which was funded by the Headquarters national grant, area grant, El-Shaddai Assembly and donations from individuals was graced by dignitaries including church elders reverend ministers and their wives,
Apostle Aseyoro in dedicating the church urged the congregation to protect the properties of the church.
He urged the Church members to shun evil, worship the Lord in truth and be righteous in all that they do.
The Area Head commended the past pastors, elders, Presbytery and the church members for their commitment and contribution in constructing the church.
He called on them to win souls for the kingdom of God.
A Pastor of Bethel Worship Centre, Reverend Gideon Amfo in preaching the sermon said dedication of church and children among others to God were crucial.
He said during dedication God takes control and protect things dedicated to Him.
‘We should not take things for granted but dedicate all things and your life to God always for His Protection and guidance, ’’he added
Rev Amfo urged Christians not to take possession of things that belongs to the church, adding that such act can bring about curses in one’s life.
Bethel Assembly gave birth to El-Shaddai Assembly in June 11, 2006 after the then pastor now the Current General Secretary, Apostle Alexander Nana Yaw Kumi Larbi paid visit to a morning devotion in Deaconess Theresa Quaidoo’s residence at Anyah in Accra.
The church commenced in a classroom with ten founding members. The Church organised several funds and bought a plot of land had temporal structure for church service.
