Access Bank (Ghana) Plc has presented cash prizes and other consolation prizes, to top seven finalists of its ‘Prefect Start’ promo.
First four contestants got their share of the coveted GHS ¢ 100.000 cash prize.
The promo was the first ever digital promo of the Bank, targeted at children.
It was aimed at protecting the dreams of children when COVID struck and brought the various facets of life to a virtual halt including children’s education.
Children were engaged in fun activities such as Quizzy Sunday and Access Got Talent competition.
Managing Director of Access Bank (Ghana) Plc, Mr. Olumide Olatunji speaking at the event held in Accra last week congratulated the winners for making it to the final stage and emerging as winners.
“Over 10,000 children participated in the ‘Perfect Start’ promo, since its inception in September 2020.470 unique children have been rewarded over the course of the promo through their engagements in fun and rewarding activities. Today, we celebrate and present the promised reward to our top 4 mega prize winners with their share of the over GH¢ 100,000 in prize money as well as reward children who displayed their exceptional talents in the Access Got Talent Competition. I encourage you parents to keep up the good habit of saving” he said.
He said “Although the Perfect Start promo is over, we are still committed to inculcating the habits of savings in children. This will be evident in the series of engagement activities we have planned for our early savers.”

The Group Head of Retail Banking for Access Bank (Ghana) Plc, Mrs Yvonne Antonio also stressed the need for parents to continue in the habit of saving and hoped they will act as ambassadors for other parents.
“I encourage you parents not to renege in the good work you have started, but to keep saving for the future of these bright stars. I hope you will be ambassadors of Access Bank, encouraging other parents to save for their children,” she said.
The Winner received a cash prize of GH¢ 50,000, First runner-up received GH¢20,000 and second runner-up received GH¢10,000. Winners for Access Got Talent also received consolation prizes.
