FDA approves herbal COVID-19 medicine

The Food and Drugs Authority in a press release dated 1st February 2021, stated the Authority has approved its first COVID-19 medicine. Cryptolepis sanguinolenta locally known as Nibima which was developed by the School of public health, KNUST has been approved for clinical use in Ghana.
