Alfred Kweku, 73, resident of Nsumia, near Nsawam, in the Eastern Region, is reported missing.
According to the Nsawam District Police Command, Mr Kweku, reportedly left home on November 2, 2022, and had since not returned.
The police said Mr Kweku, dark in complexion, speaks Krobo and Twi and suffering from dementia, left the house wearing cream (colour) Lacoste and Laize knickers.
According to the police, an extract stated that Harriet Tetteh, resident of Nsumia, near Nsawam, using phone number 0554251888, accompanied by Abraham Tawiah, using phone number 0248754471, reported the incident to the police.
Harriet told the police that her grandfather, Alfred Kweku, who was being treated of dementia, left the house to an unknown place on November 2, and all efforts to trace him had failed.
